License

Each file is licensed for the buyer’s personal use; redistribution, resale or sharing is not permitted. Delivered filenames carry an order code for traceability.

Refunds

As a digital good, files cannot be returned after download; refunds apply only to a defective file or a mismatch with the product page.

Support

Questions about working with the file are answered during the support period. Interpreting results or running the analysis for you is a separate service via messengers.

Quality

Every file is validated against at least one published numerical example before release; the source is referenced on the product page.
