Does my data stay confidential?
Yes. Data is used only for that analysis, never shared with anyone, and deleted after the support period ends.
Which software do you use?
The standard software for the method, or the one your supervisor requires. If you prefer a specific tool, say so in your first message.
What if my supervisor or reviewer requests revisions?
Revisions related to the same analysis are covered during the support period; details are agreed in the chat.
What if my data doesn’t fit the method?
Data is reviewed before starting. If the sample size or structure doesn’t suit the method, we say so right away and propose an alternative.
How are time and price determined?
After seeing your data and task description, we quote both in the same chat — it depends on the method, data size and your deadline.
How does the shop work?
Instant order via Telegram, or card payment verified manually; a personal download link with limited validity is issued.
Will the file work in my Excel version?
Compatibility is listed per product; macro-enabled files need macro permission and a guide is included.
I lost the file.
